Barefoot Baking Supply Co takes great pride in the long-standing relationships we've built with our vendors. We are committed to honoring our vendor's policies and as such do not fulfill orders to known resellers, nor does Barefoot Baking Supply Co have a wholesale purchase division. If evidence of purchases from a reseller is discovered, those orders may be put on hold or canceled. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call 1-336-448-3013 between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm EST Tuesday-Friday and 10 am – 5 pm EST on Saturdays. (Be advised, these hours may change during the Holiday Season.
Right to Make Changes
Product Display / Colors
Barefoot Baking Supply Co makes every attempt to display product images on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the received product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
Errors on our Website
The availability of products and prices or services is subject to change without notice. Errors or omissions will be corrected wherever discovered, and Barefoot Baking Supply Co reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it by following our Return Policy.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Barefoot Baking Supply Co or any of its employees and/or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Product Condition Policy
All items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated.
Credit card transactions will be authorized at the time of purchase for the full amount of the items ordered, as items are shipped funds for those items will be captured and re-authorization(s) will be made for any remaining item(s). PayPal transactions will be captured in full for all item(s) at the time of purchase, refunds will be issued for any item(s) removed from the order or any item(s) unable to be fulfilled. PayPal transactions using eCheck usually take 3 to 6 days for payment hold to be released, at which time we can continue to process/ship your order.
