Barefoot Baking Supply Co’s product experts stand ready to assist you with your purchases. While we aim to include as much product information in our item descriptions, we realize that additional information may be required to make an educated choice. You can contact us by phone at 336-448-3013.

How do I view my order and shipping information?

Placing your order online is quick and simple. After an order is placed you may view your order at any time by going to “My Account” and clicking on “Order History.” Shipping information will be updated and available when you view your order. We will also update you with a tracking number for your shipment once available. Our system begins processing your order the instant the order is placed, and as a result, cancellation of an order may not be possible. We will do our best to process these requests when it is possible but if we are unable to, please see our return policy for other available options.

What is your warranty policy?

Many of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty which are available during this 30-day return window and beyond, and are included with your order when applicable.
